Small update not really done much as funds have been drained, my card got declined buying a pizza earlier :look I got it for free instead cause they're awesome.

Anyways i changed my steering wheel as it was on it's last legs

Much better! Also as you can see i got a bit fruity with the pink paint.. just realised all my pictures of that day are on my phone and that got robbed off me at the weekend (So far not a good week LOL)

Whipped the amberlightness out after consulting with the law and them seeing no problems with it
Image

How the rustyness is going
Image

People writing stuff on the paintwork and not the chalkboard when i'm at college? Strange.
Image
Seeing if i can find the rest of my tape on that side but it's gone walkies :(

Added a roof tray, the duct tape on it was a couple of plod checking it over saying once again *IF* i were to hit someone and that they would get hurt by the sharp bits on it and that they wouldn't like that very much.. i doubt they'd like it much if i were to hit them in the first place at all really.

Liking the more distressed look with the rust instead of full on rust panels :tu

Thanks for the feedback, really want to just rust the whole thing now really, but i'll see how that goes when i get another can of nitromous or a grinder. Also trying to track down some really rank mustard paint.

Painted the car's existing white paintwork earlier today but it started getting dark when i was doing it so not sure if it's dried too well... will upload pics whenever next possible :wahhh
Hopefully it'll be a tad more rusted as well ;)

The rust on the drivers side is looking good. Really natural look i reckon.

Took a couple of quick snaps before i got back from work, so unfortunately they're in the dark but it's the first time i've managed to grab the house's camera since last month :|
So apologies for poor pics :blah

If you noticed, there's a small ker-fluffle of crap about the end of the numberplate on the front.. which is from when i had just finished painting the bumper and then drove to work and seemingly hit a bird :screwloose

Thought i'd leave it there cause i love wildlife an all :aviator

Looks great dude, the rust down the side is brilliant with that 'drippy' effect going on. Like the blood splatter too haha! :lol

Thanks everyone for the positive feedback :D!
Looking back at my first pics it's done pretty well really haha.

Leadfoot what'd you do to get a section 59 o.O? Yours doesn't seem that bad, i i'm guessing it was probs you drifting or something :yarly

I'm the only rat car in my town i think, i mean it's not amazing big but there's a purple micra that has one pannel sanded down to metal and been laquered, and the back window's covered in stickers so i think it's a rat attempt...?
I've also noticed i'm becoming rather known in my town, when talking down pubs and that about my car people always know the one, that and people come up to me when i'm outside of it are always like "DUDE THAT'S AWWWWESOME!".
Driving it to college tomorrow.. always get a few looks from the students when looking for parking :tu

Hope you don't mind me asking, but where are you from mate? Just wondering because you mentioned Milton Keynes cruise and I swear I vaguely recognise where some of your photos were taken. :)
