Think you would be pleased.Cheap, plentiful, reliable & nippy even in standard form if you give them a thrashing which they seem to enjoy.
Best to get a 1.3cc if you can find one,bit rarer as most nuns/vicars/coffin dodgers/supermarket shoppers & child droppers were not interested in the extra 15bhp to an awesome 100
1.0cc is still a laugh tho,& there's a few easy little tricks to milk a few more BHP from both sizes.
Mines a great daily apart from the hard suspension which is high on my shortlist to do..Daewoo Matiz legs & springs for the front,Suzuki Alto springs for the rear b& it'll drive like a "normal" car again.Added benefit of getting to scrap a Matiz :)

One other thing just got in my car to rip out the dash but was concerned about losing the heater, do you have much of a problem with it misting up?

Lol like the way you just steam in & get on with it :lol
I kept all the heater stuff. You should be able to remove the dash without disturbing the system, then you can use pipes if you need to direct air where you want.
I've had no demisting problems despite the car leaking in water where I got carried away & removed the plastic door sills..Now sorted.
Have fun & Pics when you've done please :)

stuck on with seam sealer, keep falling off as the wall paper paste will not dry due to the inclement conditions.. :|
