hey guys!

noticed that there has been a load of activity lately,
the forum seemed pretty dead about a year or so, looks like it's picking up again!
also the guys at fastcar asked the same question,
let's keep going! bigger and better
still one of if not the friendliest car forum about! too much hate in the car scene!

Noticed that too, and its definitely the friendliest forum I was ever on. Anyone noticing a few more rats in their area?

Activity has gone up on the forum and facebook page the weekly reach on facebook used to be around 800 at one point it hit 17,000 and now its at a stable 5/6,000 which is great,
So I'd say Rat-look is building itself up again which is great news, most probably saving perfectly running cars from being scrapped ;D
Have Fast Car been in contact recently?
an I think this is the most friendliest forum as I've also been on clublupo and MCM both no where near as friendly

That is great to hear. The forum has always been about positivity and it is good to see the friendliness around the forum is being noticed again, as that is why I jumped in - to help land a hand to a friend and to keep things ticking over here.

Sam's done some excellent work as well so credit is definitely due as he has earned it by going above and beyond. :tu

I've noticed a pick up to. Last year it was almost like a ghost town with only a handful of us posting but now I can't keep up with reading the new build threads.

Keep up the good work guys :D

This is brilliant. I can only second what everyone is saying but it is great to see the build threads just evolving and having new ones put on XD

I just love the fact that you get most of Joe Public look and mostly smile. Seems to bring a smile to lots of people who see these cars. One of my best is a chap at EuroParts in Patchway. Looks for ages with a very obviouse WTF face XD
I think alot of people are coming round to the idea that we do it for a laugh and we're not to be taken too seriously.
I do it to scare small children......

I think its due to the new instagram hype and facebook posts. as soon as that started things picked up. Rat-look.com is getting its name out there :)
