Hi all do I need to inform dvla now I'm rusty? Ins comp said i ain't got to with them as its not been re painted. Thank u all

I'm not sure what the colour would go down as on the V5. Maybe you should phone them to find out?

I havent changed my colour and had no issues about it. as its not a colour change. in theory, its still what ever colour it started in on the door shuts, inside and under the bonnet.
