Right as there was a great response on Facebook, this is gonna be the thread for the BIIIIIG meetup.

I was thinking around Heritage Motor Centre would be best for the meet as its a little more central than Milton Keynes but that's if I contact them and see if we can host such an event. What would you guys say if you had to pay to enter or something.

THIS IS NOT SET IN STONE DETAILS CAN CHANGE OR THIS MAY BE CANCELLED DEPENDS ON INTEREST REALLY

So yeah post your thoughts!

Glad we have some interest lets hope for more as the amount of attendees will affect the location but not far from HMC

Hi ya mate it would at ring wood raceway, if there is Anough interest I can arrange a club area on Wednesday evening, they have tramp drifting and stock car racing on the track and clubs just generally meet there it's £5 per person to enter

At the moment with this many people we'll just be needing a field in the middle of the UK

This is what would have to be funded if we really wanted the HMC, would help ratlook get out there

RALLY PACKAGE (WEEKENDS ONLY) – £275 PER DAY (INC. VAT)

- Your own exclusive RALLY namd
- Dedicated parking on the outdoor, hard-standing Events Arena for 100 cars with a sensational backdrop of the Centre
- On-site directional signage to your ‘event’
- FREE – 30 museum admission tickets, home to the largest collection of historic British cars in the world! Additional tickets on ‘Sale or Return’ basis – £6.00 each
- Discounted admission charge into the museum of £8.00 for all additional Rally participants (normally £11.00)
- A Meeting Room for up to 30 people (for a committee meeting)
- FREE listing on the Centre’s website, with your specific ‘event’ details
- Trade Stand space available with income returned to the Rally Organiser

Right so now we got a bit of interest and after some consideration it looks as if we may be doing the meet at the Heritage Motor Centre as they can provide us with 100 spaces for ratted cars and lots of other stuff.

Now it does depend on how many people arrive but this is a rough pay scheme:

100 people = £2.75 per person
75 people = £3.67
50 people = £5.50
25 people = £11

I'm sure you get the idea, I've not really decided how people will pay yet but it will be sorted OR if we find somewhere that is free and wont cause a problem.

We may even decide to change the event location that may have a different pricing scheme, Just seeing what you guys think so far :)

I will be there :D

Plus the Corrado owners club has had its AGM there for the last few years. Massive parking area and the museum is good too

Just a quick update I have contacted Santa Pod Raceway if we can have some ground space for around 100 cars and just gonna see what sort of price they are looking for, If its cheaper it will most probably be the ground for the meet and is about an hour away from the Heritage Motor Centre which isn't that much difference in distance really
