I got bored of the 106. I missed the power/comort/looks/involved drive of the GTi-6, and when I sold my last one I never got over it, so here's my second chance to get it out of my system. Of course I had to get a newer phase 3 version, alacantra seats, working air con etc as you can't go back to a car you've had before and not get something better!

Pretty standard, just a Magnex cat-back, Bilsteins on the front, KYB's on the rear, lowered 40mm on Spax springs. A good thing is it was owned at one point by a forum member and it has been to the a well known GTi-6 specialist that's close to me for things like cambelts, (twice, as when the first one was done, it then had the headgasket go so it's been skimmed etc - lovely Â£350+ bill then Â£900+ bill... Poor guy!) PAS replacement, quickshift conversion, CV joints etc.
Only plans are the have the wheels balanced properly and a green panel filter sometime soon. It feels a lot quicker than my old one.
I need to sell the XSi now
