Ok i have a new car its a red 1997 306 1.6 petrol

now im not sure as to how much i want to rat it or how much i want to rat it either i have a few ideas for what i want to do just no real theme to follow if you guys and girls have any ideas shout them at me i dont have a pic of car as im due to go pub soon for xmas eve drinks and food so will post them when i get a chance but im sure you know what a 306 looks like

ok i will get some pics of the car when i get to work 2moz as been too dark when i get up to leave for work,

Have plans already am buying a scrap yard bonnet for it and gna rust that bad boy (keeping bonnet thats on it as paint is good and dont want to ruin it if i want to sell it on later date)

and also going to pick up an air filter from halfrauds on Monday going abit of a chav rat theme as boy racers near me all have 306's n it will anoy them lol

yea i keep meanin to do it but i get home its dark n i go to work n its dark so will get um when i get to work 2moz or on Monday when i get the stuff as im off all day hope the scrappys open

Its an anti-rust clearcoat that applied to the metal before any paint,a proper git to get off :lol

finally took some pics i havnt done nethink to her yet but this is what im workin with

Ok plans are hopefully 2moz pick up a scrap yard bonnet if scrappy is open fit new air filter to it, also just decided while doind the pics im going to debadge the back end, spray the lion at front matt black instead of shiney then get started on sanding down the bonnet to metal to rust, also i took these other day i think the temp gauge is off as this happend in less then a minute lucky its the one for the temp outside the car lol

It did hit minus 45 other day but couldnt get a pic quick enuf let me know if you have any rat ideas im going to get stickers but im not goin to OTT on this one so keep it simples

Needs slamming with some added camber with some 13s under them archs for a start - give it a bit of euro rat look with a bit of smoothin and removing

Just another thought depending on how many stickers you wanna use you could just sticker over all the black plastic bits on bumpers wing mirrors ect - simple but effective :chill

I`d avoid matt black because theres afew matt black 306`s around now(one of the reasons for me changing mine) How about matt white? Could look good on a low car with black steelies..

Though TBH if you like an idea then just do it! Thats what very liberating about rat-look,the freedom of it all.

yea i know im avoiding Matt black i liked it when i joined but lots of peepz seem to be doing the black, i have absolutly no ideas what im going to do with it yet hence why i not done anythink i like the ideas people are giving me but have no clue where to start i know when i get going ill be doing stuff constantly but no idea what for now i think when i got new bonnet ill be away

Ok i have a few ideas for this and have 2 stickers left from what i was going to put on the escort going to put in back window wont rli look right on the car but hey its a rat look, have ideas for bonnet an a few other bits, just cant decide what colour to spray my wheels they are standard pug alloys want to do them abit random colour, im gna leave the car red (for now at least) i was thinking white rims but not sure any ideas ?

Ok today i went out to do a few little things with the car had to replace part of the air filter intake pipe so quick trip to scrapyard, came back put couple stickers in the back window, and was going to do sum stuff with bumper, but then turned to the Bonnet, we was going to checker the middle as the pics will show spent along time maskin it out more my friend did while i did stickers and drilled holes in my bumper and lets just say he didnt do it right and i now have lots of white squares on my bonnet not checkers so will be grinding all the paint off and letting it rust lol any ways heres pics as i know most of you cant read and only understand pictures lol

ok its got abit too dark by time we had finished dickin about in the cold to get a pic of how bonnet is now but while i was puttin the pics on i did think i could do whole bonnet white n then put black sqaures on to do checker proply lol anyway not much of an update but maybe have a fully naked bonnet by end of week
